By visiting our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, participating in a wellness or coaching service, or using any service coordinated through LIV Home Infusions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or scheduling services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website and refrain from scheduling services.

1. Nature of Services

LIV Home Infusions provides non-medical wellness, hydration, concierge, administrative, and vitamin infusion coordination services. All medical services, including but not limited to:

IV therapy involving prescription medications

  • Diagnostic decision-making

  • Prescription-based treatments

  • GLP-1 weight management programs

  • Medical evaluations

  • Telehealth visits

  • Clinical oversight

are provided exclusively by licensed medical professionals through Healthcare Prosoft NE PC, an independently owned physician practice operating through the Hydreight platform in compliance with New York State Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws.

LIV Home Infusions is not a medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition and do not provide medical advice.

2. Coaching and Wellness Services

LIV Home Infusions offers health, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness coaching strictly for educational, motivational, accountability, and lifestyle-support purposes only. These services:

  • are not medical treatment,

  • do not diagnose or treat any medical, mental, or physical condition,

  • are not a substitute for licensed medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment.

You should always consult with a physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any wellness, exercise, nutrition, peptide, or supplementation program.

You agree that coaching services are voluntary and that results may vary based on individual factors.

3. Payment, Fees, and Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We accept payment through approved payment processors listed at checkout.

4 Cancellations & Late Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service fees.

5. Memberships & Packages

  • Membership credits, packages, and multi-session bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or once services begin.

  • Membership benefits may not be shared or transferred between individuals.

  • Membership fees may be modified with notice.

6. Changes to Pricing

Prices, services, formulations, and packages are subject to change without notice.

7. Wellness, FDA & Informational Disclaimers

The wellness nutrients, ingredients, supplements, peptides, IV vitamins, and nutraceuticals provided through LIV Home Infusions have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Any information on the website, blog, newsletters, social media, or digital materials is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or medical decision-making.

8. Limitation of Liability
